A public open house was hosted by the Municipality, BMROSS and Associates Ltd and the contractor, Moorefield Excavating Ltd. on April 26, 2023 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Walkerton Community Centre.

Excavating Test Pits/Single Lane Traffic
Yonge Street South from Jackson Street South to Durham Street East has construction on May 23, 2023 including single lane traffic closures along Yonge Street to facilitate the excavation of test pits. Traffic control will be in place to direct traffic through the single lane closures.
