The final Master Servicing Plan will be presented to Council to request adoption on April 9th, 2024.

Interested persons have until March 15th, 2024 to provide written comment to staff regarding the second draft of the Master Servicing Plan
Open Comment Period - #1: Master Servicing Plan - Version 2
The Master Servicing Plan - Version 2 or second draft should be available on this date for review for interested persons. Comments will be received until March 14th, 2024.
End of Comment Period #1
January 8th is the last day for interested persons to file a comment in writing to staff.
Public Meeting
Public consultation provides interested persons an opportunity to review the project, share information and provide comments related to the project. This first public information centre (PIC No.1) or Public Meeting is being held to present and receive feedback on the recommendations.
Those in attendance are encouraged to review the Master Servicing Plan (Version 1), which is a draft for review purposes. Interested persons will have until January 8th, 2024 to submit written comments.
