Municipality of Brockton Pickleball and Tennis Player Information Questionaire

This questionnaire has been developed to compile data and measure interest and participation in both pickleball and tennis within The Municipality of Brockton. This information will assist in guiding future programming and service delivery at the Walkerton Tennis and Pickleball Outdoor Courts.
