Consultation has concluded
The Municipality of Brockton is currently undergoing a review of By-law 2013-066 for the Operation of the Brockton Cemeteries.
As part of this review period, public consultation is required for a period of four weeks. The draft By-law is available for public consumption and review in the documents section of this page, or you can request a written copy at the Municipal Office at 100 Scott Street, Walkerton. While all comments will be considered as part of the by-law review, not all comments will be incorporated into the by-law.

After this four week review and commenting period, staff will compile the comments and present a revised draft by-law to Council for additional comments. Once Council has approved the by-law, it will then be sent to the Bereavement Authority of Ontario for a final review and approval before being adopted, officially, by Brockton Council, likely later in 2022.
