Company History

Founded in 1927 by Peter Bogdon and Karl Gross, the Company started its operations in Kitchener, Ontario. In 1938, it relocated to Walkerton, Ontario, operating as a private enterprise owned by the Bogdon family. George Bogdon was in charge from 1940 to 1990, followed by John Al, Sr. Barbara Bogdon took over from 1993 to 2002 when it was purchased by the general manager, Adam Hofmann, and later was bought by investors.
